Who we are

These Terms are provided by Members Now Media LLC, doing business as Enrollments Now ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of enrollmentsnow.com and our text messaging program. If you subscribe to our SMS program, you can expect enrollment confirmations, class reminders, scheduling and service notifications, and, if you separately consented, re-enrollment offers and program updates from Enrollments Now.

Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information through our forms.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in to text messages from Enrollments Now, you agree to the following terms.

Cancelling the SMS service

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (571) 351-1051. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (571) 351-1051.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No guarantees

We make no income, enrollment, or headcount guarantees. Results depend on factors specific to each program, including market, pricing, and capacity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
